1. Where We Ship
We currently ship throughout the United States. We're unable to ship to PO Box addresses, military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain restricted areas.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended — if this occurs, we'll keep you informed.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, please allow for the following estimated timeframes:
- Transit time: 3–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Total estimated delivery: 5–13 business days
- Order cutoff: 6:00 PM (ET)
These are estimates, not guarantees, and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, seasonal demand, or adverse weather conditions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Some items may be subject to shipping limitations in accordance with U.S. regulations or courier policies. Any such restrictions will be noted on the relevant product page.
7. Failed Delivery or Returned Parcels
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt, or an uncollected parcel, the shipment may be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply in these circumstances.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us without delay at Info@ivorylaurel.com with your order number. We'll liaise with the courier to investigate and work toward a prompt, fair resolution.
