Return & Refund Policy

At Ivory & Laurel, we hope every piece you receive feels considered and worth the wait. However, should something not be quite right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns requested after this window cannot be accepted.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, email us at Info@ivorylaurel.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

We aim to respond to all return requests within 24 hours.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit on their way back to us.

If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we cover return shipping in full — see "Damages and Issues" below.

Not Satisfied With Your Order?

We want every Ivory & Laurel purchase to feel worth it. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at Info@ivorylaurel.com, and we'll do our best to make it right. Depending on the nature of your concern, we may offer:

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A replacement item
  • Store credit for a future purchase

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can assess your case promptly.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us a photo along with your order number at Info@ivorylaurel.com, and we'll resolve it at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Since we don't hold inventory aside, exchanges are processed as a return of the original item followed by a new order for your preferred size or item. We'll place the new order once your return has been received and inspected.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll notify you by email whether it's been approved. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at Info@ivorylaurel.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards

All other items are eligible for return under the conditions above.
